Under D&C Rules Rule 65, a Schedule H1 supply is recorded with the prescriber's name and address, the patient's name, the drug and the quantity, kept for three years and open to inspection by your state's Drugs Control Department. Nesayo logs each Schedule H1 sale at billing (patient, prescriber, medicine, batch, quantity) and the pharmacist adds the prescriber's address, and expired stock is hard-blocked at the counter rather than flagged — Section 27 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act makes selling either an offence, not a formality.
