Before you start.

Is billing really free?

Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited typed billing, batch-wise stock and expiry tracking, with no time limit. Paid plans add more AI help; the full list for each plan is on this page.

What can I bring from my old billing software?

Stock, customers with their udhaar, dealers with their dues and past bills. Bring an export from your old software, Excel/CSV, PDF, a photo of a list or pasted text — files and photos during your free trial or on a paid plan; pasted text and hand entry are free on every plan. Uncertain rows are held for review; nothing is posted until you confirm.

What happens if the internet drops?

If your billing page is already open, you can use saved stock and queue new bills offline. Reconnect to sync them. Opening the billing page, live catalogue searches and editing saved bills need a connection. Offline edits are not queued.

Does Nesayo file GST returns or export to Tally?

Nesayo prepares GSTR-1/3B summaries for your CA; it does not file GST returns. The Full plan includes Tally export in XML and CSV.

Who can see my pharmacy’s data?

Each pharmacy’s data is isolated. Records are encrypted in transit, backed up off-site daily and never sold. You can export bills, stock, customers and expenses even on the free plan. Read /privacy for details.

Is there a free download for PC, or does it work on a phone?

No separate download is needed. Nesayo opens in the browser on a PC, laptop or phone, and on most browsers you can add it to your home screen or desktop. Voice and camera features depend on what your browser and device support.

How do I get help switching?

Migration help is free on WhatsApp: +91 70202 83221. Mon–Sat — usually within one business day. We help read your old data and review uncertain rows.
