Terms of Service
Who you are contracting with
These terms are an agreement between you (the pharmacy or the person acting for it) and Nesayo (operated by its team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India), referred to below as "Nesayo" or "we". The registered address is available on request at [email protected].
The service
Nesayo provides billing, inventory and AI-assistant software for pharmacies in India. The billing tier is free with no time limit. Paid plans add AI features and are billed as shown on nesayo.com/pricing; you can cancel anytime and your data remains exportable.
Free plan and free trial
A pharmacy that signs up under these terms (they apply to signups from 18 October 2026) gets 1 month of the Full plan free from its verified signup, with no card and no automatic charge. After that it stays on the Free plan unless it chooses and pays for a paid plan. The Free plan is manual billing and manual stock, free with no time limit, and includes no AI features. Safety alerts, expired-stock blocking, the Schedule H1 register, GSTR summaries and your own records stay available on every plan, and your data remains exportable.
Accounts created under earlier terms — before 18 October 2026, or on that day before these terms took effect — keep the terms they signed up under, including their trial length and any Free-plan AI allowance. Your plan card in the app shows which terms apply to your shop.
Payments and refunds
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at the price shown on nesayo.com/pricing at the time you subscribe. A price shown to you as fixed for life stays fixed for as long as your subscription continues without a break.
- 30-day money-back on annual plans: if you prepay a year and write to [email protected] within 30 days of that payment, we refund the full amount, no questions asked. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and simply stop renewing; the current month is not refunded.
- Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with, within 10 working days of your request.
Your responsibilities
- You are 18 years of age or older and competent to enter into a contract under Indian law, and you are authorised to act for the pharmacy that uses this account.
- You are a licensed pharmacy (or acting for one) and remain fully responsible for compliance with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act and Rules, GST law, and every dispensing decision. Nesayo's schedule flags, registers and reports are operational aids, not legal advice or a medical device.
- Prescription-only (Schedule H/H1/X) medicines must be dispensed only against a valid prescription — the software helps you record this; the legal duty stays with the pharmacist.
- Keep your login PIN confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Nesayo does not verify drug licences or GST registrations as part of signup, and a number you enter is shown on your bills as you entered it. We may ask you for a copy of your drug licence or GST registration, and we may restrict features (for example, moving stock between stores) or suspend an account that cannot show one or that is misused, after notice where practical. Ordinary billing of your own records stays available while we look into it, unless the law or an order requires otherwise.
Your data
Your business data belongs to you. You can export it anytime, on any plan. See the Privacy Policy for how we protect it. If you stop paying, your account drops to the free billing tier — we do not hold your data hostage.
Service quality
We aim for the service to be fast and available, including offline billing on your device, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated content (chat answers, classifications, drafts) can be wrong — review before acting on it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service (no scraping the medicine database, no reselling access, no unlawful content). We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where practical.
Governing law
