The service
Nesayo provides billing, inventory and AI-assistant software for pharmacies in India. The billing tier is free with no time limit. Paid plans add AI features and are billed as shown on nesayo.com/pricing; you can cancel anytime and your data remains exportable.
Your responsibilities
- You are a licensed pharmacy (or acting for one) and remain fully responsible for compliance with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act and Rules, GST law, and every dispensing decision. Nesayo's schedule flags, registers and reports are operational aids, not legal advice or a medical device.
- Prescription-only (Schedule H/H1/X) medicines must be dispensed only against a valid prescription — the software helps you record this; the legal duty stays with the pharmacist.
- Keep your login PIN confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Your data
Your business data belongs to you. You can export it anytime, on any plan. See the Privacy Policy for how we protect it. If you stop paying, your account drops to the free billing tier — we do not hold your data hostage.
Service quality
We aim for the service to be fast and available, including offline billing on your device, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated content (chat answers, classifications, drafts) can be wrong — review before acting on it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service (no scraping the medicine database, no reselling access, no unlawful content). We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where practical.
