Brand story

India runs on its independent neighbourhood pharmacies. Many still bill on paper or on desktop software installed on one PC. The chemist behind the counter is at once a billing clerk, a GST accountant, a stock manager, an expiry tracker and a customer-relationship manager.

Nesayo is the AI Employee that takes the back-office work off the chemist's plate. It is a chat-first PWA that handles voice billing in Hindi, English, and Hinglish, recognises 2,54,034 medicines (with advisory Schedule H1 flags and GST rates), tracks batches with FEFO expiry logic, and exports GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B for the chartered accountant. The free tier is real and unlimited — a working billing system at ₹0 per month (as of September 2026).

On top of that core, five named autonomous agents — Morning Briefing, Expiry Guard, Refill Radar, Stock Sense, and Payment Advisor — run quietly in the background, surfacing only the decisions that need a human. The pitch is simple: a neighbourhood chemist should not need a back office to run a pharmacy.

• Chat-first, not form-first. The primary interface is a conversation — voice, photo, or text — not a 40-field POS screen.
• Hindi and Hinglish are first-class. Voice billing understands Indian numbers, brand pronunciations, and code-switching between languages mid-sentence.
• Autonomous agents, with an approval queue. Agents propose; the pharmacist approves. No silent mutations on stock or invoices.
• Free tier is a real product. Billing, GST invoices, GSTR-1/3B summaries (JSON and CSV) for the accountant and inventory with FEFO batches are ₹0 forever (as of September 2026). AI features sit on the paid tiers above that, and the Tally export comes with the Full plan (₹549/month as of October 2026).
• Built around the law, not around it. Schedule H/H1 medicines flagged at billing; Schedule H1 sales logged at billing (patient, prescriber, medicine, batch, quantity), with the pharmacist adding the prescriber's address; every schedule change on a pharmacy's own medicines recorded with who made it; a batch refused at billing once its expiry month has passed; DPDP-aware data boundaries.
