Independent verification
A Bangalore-area neighbourhood pharmacy began using Nesayo in early 2026 as the platform's first real-world validator and, within its first weeks on the product, processed 280+ customer bills end-to-end using the voice-billing pipeline, with batch-aware FEFO inventory, Schedule H1 prescription routing, and GST-correct invoices generated entirely through the chat-first PWA — validating that an independent Indian chemist can run daily counter operations on Nesayo without falling back to legacy desktop ERPs.
