Each pharmacy's data is kept separate from every other pharmacy's. Data is encrypted in transit, and our off-site backups are AES-256 encrypted. The app never deletes Schedule H1 entries; Rule 65(3)(h) says such records “shall be maintained for three years”. SMS-forwarder payment reconciliation stores no bank credentials.
