AI Pharmacy Software in India 2026 — Nesayo vs DawaAI vs GoMeds AI vs Hayati AI Nexus

2026-08-27 • 7 min read

"AI pharmacy software" has become its own search category in India in 2026, separate from the legacy Marg/GoFrugal/Vyapar comparison most articles still run. We are Nesayo, and we're one of the products in this new category — so take that into account. But we did the same thing here we do in our general pharmacy software comparison: looked at public pricing pages, feature pages, and review platforms as of August 2026, and said plainly where a vendor's own claim couldn't be independently verified.

This post touches on Hayati AI Nexus. See the full, line-by-line comparison — including where it genuinely wins.

The three other AI-branded pharmacy products we found

DawaAI

Cloud-based billing and inventory platform, currently in a free "Early Access" beta (no public post-beta pricing found). Confirmed features: GST-compliant billing with barcode support and automatic HSN/GST calculation, invoices shareable via WhatsApp, AI-based inventory forecasting from 90-day sales history, and automatic Schedule H1/restricted-drug alerting and logging.

What we could not verify: a legal company name, founders, or funding — the site names only the product, not the entity behind it. We also found no voice-billing feature and no Hindi/regional-language interface claim anywhere on the site — DawaAI's AI angle is inventory forecasting, not voice or language.

GoMeds AI

Built by APPIT Software, part of a 10-product healthcare suite. Bilingual English/Hindi interface, AI demand forecasting (the company states this "reduces stockouts by 40%" — their own figure, not independently verified), expiry-waste reduction (similarly, an unverified "up to 80%" company claim), Schedule H/H1/X drug tracking, and real-time multi-store sync. Publicly listed pricing: Starter ₹5,000/month + ₹10,000 one-time setup; Professional ₹10,000/month + ₹50,000 one-time setup.

We found no G2 or Capterra listing for GoMeds AI, so its "500+ pharmacies" claim also carries no independent review count behind it yet.

Hayati AI Nexus

Built by Hayati AI Nexus Pvt. Ltd. (Ahmedabad). The one product of the three with a genuine voice-AI feature we could verify: an "AI Receptionist" that answers inbound calls in local Indian languages — though the site doesn't name which languages. Also offers offline-first GST billing with sync, FEFO batch inventory, Schedule H/H1 workflows, and TPA/insurance billing. Publicly listed pricing on Capterra: Starter ₹4,999/year (single branch), Growth ₹9,999/year (up to 8 branches). It's the only one of the three with a real Capterra listing — currently showing 0 reviews.

None of the three claims voice billing specifically — placing an order or completing a sale by speaking a medicine name and quantity out loud. Hayati AI Nexus's AI Receptionist is voice AI, but for handling phone calls, not the billing counter itself. That's a real, meaningful difference if voice-at-the-counter is what you're evaluating "AI pharmacy software" for.

What we didn't find, and won't pretend to know

We could not verify DawaAI's company identity or funding, GoMeds AI's or Hayati AI Nexus's real customer counts beyond their own stated numbers, or any independent review for DawaAI or GoMeds AI at all. If you're evaluating any AI pharmacy product — including us — ask directly: how many real pharmacies use this today, can I talk to one, and what happens to my patients' data (DPDP Act, 2023 applies to all of them, not just Nesayo).

Where Nesayo is newer, not just where it isn't

We're honest about this everywhere else on this site, so the same applies here: Nesayo launched in 2026 and doesn't have the multi-year installed base that Marg or GoFrugal have. What differentiates us from these three specifically is that voice billing — not just voice AI somewhere in the product — is a production feature today, the Schedule H1 register writes an append-only SHA256 audit chain rather than a plain log, and billing itself is free with no time limit, not a beta or a monthly-fee floor.

FAQ

Is there real, independently-verified AI in Indian pharmacy software yet?

Every product compared here, including Nesayo, states its own AI claims — none has third-party benchmarking published. What you can check independently: does the product have a real review-platform listing (G2, Capterra), and how many verified customers does it name. As of August 2026, only Hayati AI Nexus (Capterra, 0 reviews) and Nesayo (G2, live listing) have review-platform presence at all among these four.

Does any of these do voice billing at the counter?

As of August 2026, Nesayo is the only one of these four with voice billing (speaking a medicine name and quantity to complete a sale) as a stated, production feature, across 10 Indian languages. Hayati AI Nexus has voice AI for inbound phone calls, which is a different capability.

Which of these is cheapest to start?

Nesayo's billing is free with no time limit. DawaAI is free during its early-access beta with no published post-beta price. GoMeds AI (₹5,000+/month) and Hayati AI Nexus (₹4,999+/year) both have stated recurring fees from day one.

Free billing forever. The AI Employee — 5 agents, voice billing in Hindi — is ₹999/month (2026), 200 AI-assisted bills free with no time limit.
